Okocim Brewery (Browarna 14, 32-800 Brzesko)

Our adventure begins at the Okocim Brewery, which has been brewing beer since 1845. This iconic location blends historic architecture with modern brewing technology, and the brewing heritage of the region remains the foundation of its production.

During the tour, we’ll visit the Tradition Room, the heart of the brewery’s history, where valuable memorabilia of its founder, Jan Goetz Okocimski, are displayed. Jan Goetz was not only an outstanding brewer but also a visionary and philanthropist who significantly influenced the development of the region. Under his leadership, Okocim became one of the largest breweries in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, with its beers gaining worldwide recognition.

Next, we’ll move to the modern part of the brewery, where we’ll explore the beer production process – from the brewhouse to fermentation and bottling. To conclude the visit, we’ll have the opportunity to taste Okocim beers. An experienced brewer will guide us through the flavors and aromas that make these beers unique.

Get ready for an unforgettable journey back in time! After visiting the Okocim Brewery, we’ll embark on a nostalgic trip to Krakow in the legendary Autosan H9-35.

Our historic Autosan H9-35, a true veteran of Polish roads, dates back to the 1970s. This iconic city bus, affectionately nicknamed “Psiukacz” due to the characteristic sound of its doors, is more than just a mode of transport – it’s a living piece of Polish automotive history.

Experience a journey full of nostalgia and comfort:

• The distinctive engine sound that will transport you back to the times of the Polish People’s Republic
• The unique atmosphere of the interior, which has retained its original character
• Picturesque landscapes of Małopolska viewed through large panoramic windows

Our guide will make the journey even more enjoyable with stories about the brewing traditions of the region and fascinating facts about the Autosan H9-35. You’ll learn how this model revolutionized public transport in Poland and why it still holds a cult status today.

Nowa Wytwórnia Brewery (Fabryczna 13, 31-553 Kraków)

The final stop of our journey is Nowa Wytwórnia, a modern craft brewery under the patronage of Okocim, located on Fabryczna Street in Krakow’s historic, post-industrial district. This is a place where old industrial infrastructure has been given new life.

We’ll take a closer look at modern brewing technologies and learn about the craft beer production process. A brewer will guide us through the brewhouse, explain the beer styles brewed at Nowa Wytwórnia, and share insights into the equipment used in beer production. The tour will culminate in a tasting of selected beers, which are the pride of the brewery!

After a day full of impressions, flavors, and stories, we’ll conclude our shared adventure at Nowa Wytwórnia Brewery. It’s the perfect place to reflect on the tour in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the last moments with fellow beer enthusiasts.

⚡Safety and Clothing

Each participant of the tour is required to wear comfortable, stable footwear and clothing suitable for the weather conditions and the nature of the event. Brewery tours may involve walking on uneven and slippery surfaces, so flat, non-slip shoes are essential.

• Drinking water,
• Snacks for the duration of the tour (optional),
• Notebook or camera if you want to capture special moments.

➕ Good to know

• The number of spots is limited.
• The tour is not considered a tourist event in the legal sense.
• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and confirmation of the reservation requires payment for the event.
• By signing up for the event, you accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) along with the data processing policy, which is attached as Annex No. 1 to the GTC.
• In accordance with the requirements of the breweries (our Hosts), all participants are required to provide their full name, ID document number, and residential address in a specially prepared encrypted form. This form will be sent approximately two weeks before the tour to the email address provided during the reservation.
• Admission may be denied if the name and ID number provided in the reservation do not match the name and ID document presented upon entry.
• The organizers and hosts reserve the right to conduct random sobriety checks on participants before entering the breweries. Refusal to undergo the test or a positive result will result in exclusion from further participation in the event without the right to a refund.
• For reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the tour may be canceled. In such a case, the client will receive a full refund of the payments made.
• ♿ Due to the nature of the brewery facilities and their infrastructure, we are unfortunately unable to provide suitable conditions for the participation of people with disabilities, including those using wheelchairs. 🙏 We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

🍺 Additional Information

• The brewery tours include beer tasting, therefore minors are not allowed to participate in the event.
• Please arrive on time at the meeting point – late participants may not be admitted to the brewery premises.
• During the tour, bringing and consuming alcohol from outside the breweries is strictly prohibited.
